Returns & Exchanges

All orders at www.thegoodcomfy.com are processed in USD.

We provide all the information so you can choose the products according to your preferences and so that these meet your expectations. Before shipping, we perform quality inspections on 100% of our inventory to make sure they are in the best conditions, ready to go with you. Even so, if you need to, we accept the product back, as per the following requirements:

  • You can request an exchange or return within 10 calendar days from the date of your receipt, only on these conditions:
    • Product Damaged: Stains, broken box/package, zippers and stitching details related to manufacturing of the final product
    • Customer Dissatisfaction: Does not like the product or it was not as expected
    • Wrong Item Received: Product was not the same as the one in the invoice
    • Missing Item/s: One or more products are not found inside the package 
  • The case will be analysed after collecting all helpful information such as video/image, email screenshots, etc. The item should be delivered within 15 days from the moment the company requests and approves its return. Return postage costs are the customer's sole responsibility. In case of dissatisfaction, If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Only non-washed, unused and odour-free products will be accepted.
  • If your product is damaged or defective, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 30 calendar days from the date of your receipt. 
  • For items on sale, no exchanges will be processed. In case of damage from the place of origin, only refunds may proceed at our own discretion.
  • If you registered the wrong address, couldn't change it in time and the package returns to our address, the shipping fee of the second shipment will be charged.

BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN,

CHECK OUT OUR RULES:

    • Verify that the order is within the time limit stipulated above.
    • Keep the original packaging.
    • Ensure that the product is brand new and has not been used. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns that have been worn, marked or damaged by the customer. Any signs of damage or wear will not suitable for return or exchange. 

If our team identifies that the returned product does not meet the criteria for exchange or return mentioned above, The Good Comfy is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. The Good Comfy can then ship back the product to the client, without previous consultation, accompanied by the justification of the reason for the refusal.

Prior to the exchange, the shipment needs several days to arrive at The Good Comfy, where it will undergo a quality process that can take up to 5 business days to complete. After that, the exchange procedure will continue.
