Please allow up to 1 - 2 business day for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.

You can also track your order by entering your email address and order number on our page.

If you do not receive an email from The Good Comfy within a few hours of placing your order, check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, make sure the email address on file is spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact us or chat with us, we can provide further information about your order confirmation.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! However, you can see our Shipping Policy for an estimated timeline wherein a possible cancellation can be processed.

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

1. The item(s) sold out.

2. The product got damaged by the time of handling, or we found damages that were undetected before, or the product did not pass our final quality check before its shipment.

3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

• If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

You can visit the product page of your favorite items, and add them to your wishlist. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email! We try to recycle materials and build new products every two weeks.

Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a design you like! As most of our pieces are made of recycled yarns and materials, some designs are one of a kind and produced in very limited batches that may not be available again.
