Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, it may take from 5 to 10 days for our package to reach at your door for international shipments. This does not include the processing time at our premises that goes from 1 to 2 business days, and is also non-inclusive of the respective holidays and Sundays from each country. In the meantime, we encourage you to get busy on new home arrangements and make some space for our good, comfy products!

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
The item(s) sold out.
The product got damaged by the time of handling, or we found damages that were undetected before, or the product did not pass our final quality check before its shipment.
We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
You can visit the product page of your favorite items, and add them to your wishlist. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email! We try to recycle materials and build new products every two weeks.

For this reason, we believe that a plastic-free packaging is important as well as the encouragement of insert alternatives that are not made of down. At the moment, we have not come up with a sustainable, plastic-free alternative to ship cushion inserts internationally without compromising on the volume of your shipments - and we definitely want your shipments to be as light and convenient as possible!

One thing we love the most about artisanal pieces is that you can easily see the craftmanship adding authenticity through small details such as irregular weavings, signs of handspun threads and different levels of strength put into every inch of printed fabric. No! Textiles or any other material that is produced in a manufacturing unit can be recycled in two stages: Pre-consumer (as raw material) or Post-consumer (as a final product).
At The Good Comfy you will find brand new items that are made of Pre-consumer textile waste, which is as good as the virgin textile - actually, we're kidding, Pre-consumer recycled content is BETTER than new threads, as they give almost the same results in terms of finishing, reduce the carbon footprint, industrial waste, etc. and give an amazing artisanal look.
