- Even though we make our products in batches, they are still unique! Because of the nature of our yarns and craftsmanship implemented by our artisans, you should expect slight variations in sizes, weaving, and finishing. We embrace how perfectly imperfect artisanal production is and invite you to discover its beauty!

- Hand wash or spot clean with a cloth and mild soap
- Line dry with the fabric inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
- Iron low while still damp
- If you cannot wash by hand, use a mesh laundry bag, gentle cycle/cold water/wash separately

Shipping

We deliver our items through Post NL, UPS, DPD, etc. They can deliver most in-stock items worldwide within 3-5 business days. We offer free delivery on all orders over €45.

Processing time

We try to be as fast as possible, so we process our orders immediately by default. However, depending on the days we receive your request and the product availability, we get your order shipped within 1-2 business days.

- Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by Monday.
