Processing time:

The time that takes to prepare an order for dispatch varies between 1 to 2 business days

Customs and import taxes:

We make sure we cover the totality of custom duties and taxes for a hassle-free experience. However, customers are responsible for any extra customs and import taxes that may apply and would not be indicated by customs at the moment of clearance. The Good Comfy is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options:

PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card

Shipping charges:

We have a calculation system based on the weight and size of the final order and not on the destination country, so all shipping costs and charges are calculated during checkout. Because of this method, we only have shipping costs that can go from 10 USD up to 25 USD.

Shipping carriers:

We deliver our items through DHL or FedEx. They can deliver most in-stock items worldwide within 5-10 business days. For deliveries within India, we ship through Blue Dart and the delivery time is 3-5 days.




  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24hrs from the order placement
  • After 24hrs from the order placement, it is considered that the item has been fulfilled. In that case, no cancellation processes will be allowed.
  • If a cancellation is approved, cancellation fees apply and consist of 15% of the total amount refunded. This percentage will be deducted before processing the refund. The rest will be refunded as a store credit or promotional code.
  • The Good Comfy reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
    • An irregular or excessive returns history
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

    Similarly, The Good Comfy reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
