 After filing a return, the customer decides if the refunded amount, if applicable, will go to their user account or directly to their bank account or payment method used at the time of checkout. 


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from The Good Comfy, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation refunds will be added to the website’s user account or as a promotional code for users without an account. www.thegoodcomfy.com will give the customer the possibility to keep these funds as a credit in their user account's wallet or as a promo code or gift card. Any funds put into the customer’s account are non-transferable and only valid for shopping in The Good Comfy.
