Because of the nature of our yarns and craftsmanship implemented by our artisans, you should expect slight variations in color, sizes, weaving, and finishing. - Hand-dyed yarns may bleed due to artisanal coloring processes, avoid soaking in water for prolonged periods of time

Shipping

We ship worldwide through DHL or FedEx and they can deliver most in-stock items to other countries within 5-10 business days. For items available locally (Hungary, Chile, India), local delivery times are 3-5 business days.

Processing time

We try to be as fast as possible, so we process our orders immediately by default. However, depending on the days we receive your request and the product availability, we get your order shipped within 1-2 business days.

- Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by Monday.
