Due to differences in displays of computers/laptops/phones, colors on the item you receive may vary marginally from the colors seen on our website. Because of the nature of our yarns and craftsmanship implemented by our artisans, you should expect slight variations in color, sizes, weaving, and finishing. We embrace how perfectly imperfect artisanal production is and invite you to discover its beauty!

- Hand-dyed yarns may bleed due to artisanal coloring processes, avoid soaking in water for prolonged periods of time

Shipping

We deliver our items through UPS, FedEx, GLS, DPD, etc. They can deliver most in-stock items worldwide within 3-5 business days. We offer free delivery on all orders only in Hungary within 2-3 business days.

Processing time

We try to be as fast as possible, so we process our orders immediately by default. However, depending on the days we receive your request and the product availability, we get your order shipped within 1-2 business days.

- Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by Monday.
