All our products are handmade and each piece is unique! Due to differences in displays of computers/laptops/phones, colors on the item you receive may vary marginally from the colors seen on our website. As each print is applied by hand, patterns are only a reference and slight changes might come naturally from the printing process.

- Shake or gently beat to remove the dust
- Spot clean with cold water and a damp cloth if spillage occurs
- Hand-dyed yarns may bleed due to artisanal coloring processes, avoid soaking in water for prolonged periods of time
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach

Shipping

We ship worldwide through DHL or FedEx and they can deliver most in-stock items to other countries within 5-10 business days. For items available locally (Hungary, Chile, India), local delivery times are 3-5 business days.

Processing time

We try to be as fast as possible, so we process our orders immediately by default. However, depending on the days we receive your request and the product availability, we get your order shipped within 1-2 business days.

- Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by Monday.

Items without a purchase or order number, Made to Order items or Sale items (with discounted prices or ending in $.X7 or $.X9), Items damaged through normal wear and tear and others will not be returned.
